Is Xcel Seminars Affiliated With A Dental Manufacturer, Lab, Or Supply Company?


Unlike other continuing education providers, we are not an arm of another dental company.  While we do have sponsors who support individual events and series, we are an independent, for-profit, continuing education company.  This independence helps us to provide an excellent educational product, comprised of evidence-based content, at an unbeatable value. Our goal is not to sell you a product, but to provide such great courses that you will want to return to our events again and again.

What Do Your Course Fees Include?

We strive to make Xcel Seminars the best quality AND value available for your continuing education dollar.  Our fees include continental breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, free parking, and your CE credits.  If you are registered for a hands-on course, the fees also include all typodonts (or pig jaws), instruments and materials.

Are Xcel Seminars Courses Accredited?


All our courses are California Board Approved, Florida Board Approved, as well as nationally approved by the Academy of General Dentistry's PACE program.

What Is Your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

Refunds are granted with a written cancellation notification received at least 14 days before each course or for series registrations, 14 days before the first program within that series.   A $50 fee is withheld for processing all cancellations.

Will You Share My E-Mail Address With Anyone?

No.  We will never share or sell your e-mail address.  We only use it to confirm registrations, send course reminders and notify you of upcoming events.
