Is Xcel Seminars Affiliated With A Dental Manufacturer, Lab, Or Supply Company?
No! Unlike other continuing education providers, we are not an arm of another dental company. While we do have sponsors who support individual events and series, we are an independent, for-profit, continuing education company. This independence helps us to provide an excellent educational product, comprised of evidence-based content, at an unbeatable value. Our goal is not to sell you a product. We want to provide such great courses that you will become like a large percentage of our attendees and return to Xcel events again and again!
What do your course fees include and what is your refund/cancellation policy?
We strive to make Xcel Seminars the best quality and value available for your CE dollar. Our fees for in-person events include continental breakfast, refreshments throughout the day, free parking, and your continuing education credits. If you are registered for a hands-on course, the fees also include ALL instruments and materials. Refunds are granted only if a written cancellation notification is received at least 14 days before the program (if you are registered for multiple courses you may get a refund only if you cancel 14 days out from the first your first event). No refund is granted afterward. A $50 fee is withheld for processing all cancellations.
Are Xcel Seminars Courses Accredited?
Yes! All our courses are California Board approved, Florida Board Approved, as well as Xcel Seminars being nationally approved as a provider by the Academy of General Dentistry’s PACE program.
Do I need any special equipment or devices to attend your live webinars and how do you record my attendance for a webinar?
No, you do not need any special equipment to attend our live webinars! We use the Gotowebinar platform that can easily be viewed from a PC, Laptop, tablet, or phone. You do not need a webcam or microphone as your live questions are typed into our live chat during the course. Gotowebinar automatically records when you log in and all your answers to our live poll questions throughout the day.
Will You Share My E-Mail Address With Anyone?
No! We will never share or sell your e-mail address. We only use it to confirm registrations, send you hand-outs, other course-related materials, and notify you of upcoming Xcel courses.
